Skip2bfit has expanded over the years to work with adults and young people within the Community and Health Improvement. We realised that the the Skip2bfit 2 minute Challenge was a great motivator for everybody as when you do the challenge it gives you a target to set yourself to improve. It also often makes you realise how unfit you have become.

Skip2Bfit has now been developed so that it can work with Public Health, Corporate Health & Well Being and also Community Days.
